Media Statements
When politicians, lawyers, business people, association representatives, or doctors need to talk to the media, they should say something memorable. They should surgically craft a powerful statement geared to the 30 second snatch that the media wants. The time is short, but extraordinarily valuable because the audience reach is huge.
Most people squander the time. A good Devil's advocate can maximize the speaker's impact. In addition, a good Devil's Advocate knows how head off statements that can embarrass, hurt, or weaken the person.
